Service
Club Bass provides a full line of service to keep your bass in optimum playing condition. We can also provide customization services to provide most customizations you may desire for your instrument.
Setups
Our setups include the following adjustments:
Neck relief
Nut adjustments
Saddle height adjustments (string height)
Intonation
Body cleaning and polish
Fingerboard and fret cleaning
Electronics inspection and cleaning as necessary
It is recommended that you purchase a new set of strings to be used in the setup process. The string installation is included in the setup fee, but the cost of strings is not included.
Cost of replacement parts are not included in the setup fee.

String Tension
There is lots of misinformation around about string tension and how you can increase or decrease the tension of the strings on your instrument.
Club Bass is making an effort to correct some of this misinformation. And to ensure accuracy, Club Bass is running a series of controlled experiments that will test the efficacy of various methods to control tension, be they real or percieved.
Watch this sites for postings of our findings. Results will also be published in respected lutherie journals.
